Founded in 2021, StellarMettle is the materialization of the lifelong entrepreneurial aspirations of its Partners, Javier Agosto & Michael Giallanza.

Mettle means fortitude, resiliency, grit, tenacity, or moral fiber. It is defined as a person’s ability to cope well with difficulties or to face a demanding situation in a spirited and resilient way. In other words “test your mettle.” This word represents incorporating the skills and valuable lessons learned throughout life’s journeys and tribulations and emerging from the other side more than you were before. Someone improved, who has progressed onwards and upwards to a new echelon. Someone who shoots for the stars. The creation of StellarMettle Placements is the embodiment of this concept for its founders.

When teaming with our clients and candidates, the essence of this concept is continued. Our “mettle is tested” perpetually as we do every ethical thing within our power to assist in elevating their Job Search or Hiring Experience to a level which they could not have achieved on their own.

Both Partners are proudly following in an entrepreneurial family tradition going back many generations. Through those experiences come many fundamental values and approaches to business that seem to have fallen to the wayside in this modern era. Chief amongst those, is the core principle that drives everything StellarMettle does. The concept that our long-term relationships with our clients and candidates comes second to nothing.
